This is a clinical research study to evaluate a new study drug (age 18 to 65) for asthma.
To participate, you must be 18 to 65 years old and diagnosed with mild to moderate asthma by a medical professional, non-smoker for at least 6 months and willing to discontinue current asthma medications other than rescue inhalers.
The research site is in Dallas.
Researchers are offering a clinical research study for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.
Patients in this study will receive an injection in the knee joint with an investigational product. Some of the criteria for entry are being age 40-80 years, have osteoarthritis primarily in one knee, and have painful symptoms for at least four weeks.
The research site is in Danbury, Conn.
The purpose of this study is to further investigate rituximab for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
This study will use rituximab or placebo in combination with methotrexate. Approximately 31 study visits are required during the course of this study. This includes screening, study drug administration, and follow-up visits.
